0011642: Mingw no detect with codeblock installer

Description

After installed Codeblocks with MinGW, CMake doesn't detect MinGW.

Steps To Reproduce

Just install codeblocks with MinGW.

Additional Information

I think it's Codeblocks whose don't register in the environnement variable PATH the path of MinGW.
So I suggest to add the path of MinGW of Codeblocks in the detection of MinGW.
