Summary

0007116: Add functionality to send email to all site claimers

Description

It will be very useful for a project maintainer to be able to send email to all the people who have claimed a submitting site in that particular project.

Additional Information

Since CDash knows the email addresses of all the site claimers it will be nice if that list of emails could be exported, or if a web interface was available to send email to all the site claimers.
