Registration was failing. The use of transformations in the ultrasound simulator seems to have changed during the refactoring. Now we will compare the transform given to the simulator against the transform generated by the registration. Registration is successful if the error is less than one pixel in each coordinate. We should revisit this issue later to make sure that the use of image transformations is consistent with the rest of the toolkit. |
