0006045: Enable interwiki map for Kitware wikis

Description

The Kitware wikis should allow interwiki links to other wikis (especially wikipedia) and other sites within Kitware (separate Kitware wikis and the kitware bugtracker). An example interwiki map is here:

and instructions on how to enable interwiki linking are here:

(0012925) David Thompson (reporter) 2008-08-02 13:44	For private bugs, interwiki links are now working great. However, when I tried to add a PublicBug link on this page: https://www.kitware.com/InfovisWiki/index.php/New_Chart_Integration [^] it does not generate the link properly. I've looked at the Interwiki map page and don't see why it wouldn't work...
