Summary0000370: Random Vectors filter not piece invariant
DescriptionIn a parallel job, the Random Vectors filter will assign different random values to the same vertex on different nodes. If you then use a Warp filter, the warped geometry will have discontinuities that a serial job would not have.

Probably should use perlin noise as the random source and use the coordinate of the point as the input to the Perlin Noise. (or something like that)
