0015824: Allow adding extra files to source package

Description

As discussed on the mailing list [1] there is no simple way to add extra files to be packaged in a source package created with CPack.

There are many use cases for this: the one discussed in the thread is a configured file which includes e.g. version control information not available in an exported source package archive.
