Summary | 0014549: COMPILE_FLAGS just add flags
Description | It's impossible (AFAIK) to set specific compiler flags by target. The only way to set it is to use the COMPILE_FLAGS property. But this option just do: Additional flags to use when compiling this target's sources. so, it should be interesting to SET the compiler flags at target level, not just only "add".
