Summary | 0014229: Parallel test execution via `make -j test` or `make -j 666 test` has no effect on CTest
Description | The common way to invoke tests in parallel is via calling e.g. `make -j 4 test`. This does not work with cmake-generated test target; one has to call `ctest -j 4` or `make test ARGS="-j 4"`.
