Summary0013933: CTest should delete files if compilation failed
DescriptionIn a setup where a clean is not issued between builds, if building of a particular test executable fails the Test pass may run an outdated executable from a previous build.

To avoid this problem, it would be nice if the ctest Build phase removed whatever executables failed to be generated.

Forcing a clean before is not a good idea since it causes unnecessary re-building of things that haven't changed.
