If you run: ctest -R OutDir -VV instead of: make -j5 test You should be able to see some details about why the test is failing. Run that, and post the results here. |

Also, perhaps consider signing up for the CMake mailing list and asking about things like this there first. We do not have any gentoo dashboards (to my knowledge) here at Kitware, but I'm sure there are people on the mailing list who have more CMake on gentoo experience than anybody here... |

My Gentoo machine has no such problem, see http://www.cdash.org/CDash/viewTest.php?onlypassed&buildid=823168 [^] |

Rolf points out that his CMake dashboard running on gentoo has a passing result for the same test. There must be something specific to your setup that causes the problem. Perhaps more data from the reporter would help to solve the mystery? I am resolving this issue as "no change required" since it does not appear to be a CMake problem from the data presented thus far. If you have more evidence, and suspect that code in CMake is to blame, please feel free to re-open this issue and attach it as a note. Thanks. |
