[vtkusers] Examples don't Configure with New Module Structure

Yes, that's where the download link goes too. I downloaded it today to make sure.
I've tried using the cmake-gui as well with the same result.

Bill said he had them updated. Are you using the latest `master` version
of VTKExamples?
