[vtkusers] Get edges for simplex mesh

Hi,

I am trying to iterate through a multimaterial simplex mesh's cells and I
want to get the information of the current cell id and all the edges of that
cell. I need to label all the cell edges. I have found something similar in
this link but it does not give the cell id information.
