[vtkusers] build VTK with java

HI, All,

I followed the instruction of: https://www.particleincell.com/2011/vtk-java-visualization/

To build VTK with java.

In step 6, All_BUILD, I got the following warning and error, then build was aborted.

Could anyone please let me know how to fix this?
