[vtkusers] vtkVolumeMapper::IsoSurface_Blend missing, Real time Isosurface help

It is a new feature not a bug fix so it would not show up in a hypothetical
8.1.2 patch release.
But otherwise, yes it will be in the next release. Most likely that will be
9.0.0, but there is a chance it will be called 8.2.0.
In either case it is going to be a few months until it appears in an
official VTK release.
