[vtkusers] vtkChartHistogram2D use case

Turns out the vtkGenericOpenGLRenderWindow / QVTKOpenGLWidget is giving me an
image. But not the one I want. There appears to be an encoding error of some
kind after the chart has been passed to the context view and the
QVTKOpenGLWidget is rendering:

The Widget itself behaves as expected (the buttons can be interacted with),
but the image does not show.
