I don't think so. You may slightly move your inputs and retry. However, I got incorrect output in cases when inputs did not contain exactly coplanar triangles (they were generated from independent sources), so there may be other issues.

It would be awesome to have this fixed, but this is a very hard problem. You can find more details and description of alternative solutions in the mailing list archives.
