[vtkusers] Correct anatomical orientation of volumes from Niftii and DICOM

Just a small clarification for my previous post. The code as presented in my
last post displays volumes loaded from Niftii with the correct anatomical
orientation, whereas volumes loaded from DICOM using vtkGDCMImageReader
appear flipped in the X and Y axis.

Is it possible to have a single pipeline that will display volumes from both
file formats correctly?
