[vtkusers] How to control clipping updates when using vtkImplicitPlaneWidget2?

Hi Doug,

I have a question concerning the implicit plane widget,

I migrated recently from vtk 5.4 to vtk 8.1.0 and my plane widget is not
working anymore!! it's not visible at all

I will appreciate a small example of how you made your widget working and
user interactive plane clipping movement
