[vtkusers] MP4 video generation

Hello,

I am using VTK 8.1 and I am able to generate on-the-fly an AVI file showing
the progress of my simulation. I am wondering if it possible to generate an
MP4 file instead. Is it?

PS: I can convert the AVI file to MP4 once the video is fully generated but
if I can do this during generation it is better for me.
