[vtkusers] VTK for PCL

Hello, In order to use VTK in PCL, is there any flag that I need to enable
in cmake during the complication of VTK library? Right now when I compile a
PCL sample code I am getting the following error:

*error: 'class vtkMapper' has no member named 'ImmediateModeRenderingOn'*
*actor->GetMapper ()->ImmediateModeRenderingOn ();*
