[vtkusers] Emails slipping through my gmail filters

Hi Davood,

Gmail was doing the same thing to me a couple months ago.  I had to edit my
filters, previously they used list:(<vtkusers.kitware.com>) but now they
use list:(<vtkusers.public.kitware.com>).  Kitware must have changed the
mailing list server.
