[vtkusers] Create PolyData in vtk.js

Thank you, all worked out fine for now :-) I actually plan to contribute the
reader later on, but for now its kind of a hacky solution that mainly works
for my purposes, but I will improve it over the next weeks as needed and
then contribute it to the vtk.js project through paraview glance
