[vtkusers] machining simulation and collision detection

hi,
i really need some help with the collision detection files
(vtkCollisionDetectionFilter.h, vtkCollisionDetectionFilter.cpp,
TestCollisionDetection.cpp). i really dont know how to write macro and
export header file. shouldn't that work with TestCollisionDetection.cpp on
its own?
