Agreed.

Unfortunately it hasn't been a priority for any of Kitware's customers
(most of whom are on Qt and a few of whom are on ActiViz), nor for any
other of the other VTK developers apparently.

It won't be hard to do, a couple of days perhaps to update the code and
stand up a dashboard.

Merge requests and Kitware support arrangements are both welcome.
