[vtkusers] vtkVolumeRayCast* gone in VTK 8.1.0

Hi,

I am switching a project from VTK 8.0.1 to 8.1.0, and noticed that the vtkVolumeRayCast* classes are gone. They are used in this project, so I'm looking for a replacement.

I found out they've been deprecated a couple years ago:

Any suggestions as to how to achieve the same result with a different pipeline?
