[vtkusers] Activiz 7.1.1 Binary Build

Hi Mark,

Thanks for the Build, I already download the binaries and try to debug some
codes that I have.

I have one issue though, I get this error: 
DllNotFoundException: Unable to load DLL
'Kitware.VTK.vtkRenderingOpenGL2.Unmanaged.dll': The specified module could
not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)


My code is basically rendering a 3D vtkimagedata using
vtkFixedPointVolumeRayCastMapper, and it has been succesfully build with
ActiViz 5.8. 

Maybe I am missing something?
