[vtkusers] vtkstreamtracer on a surface

Hi Kenichiro Yoshimi,

Thanks again for your help; The problem is in my project, worked with vtk
source directly and modified a lot of classes to be able to generate the
kind of plots view needed in my project. I tried yesterday to follow the
main changes in vtkstreamtracer but it ended up, that I have to change a lot
more classes so I gave up!

I think I will have to go with updating my vtk version which is a big
project in itself.

Unless there is a workaround for this streamline on surface problem
