[vtkusers] vtkstreamtracer on a surface

Hi Kenichiro Yoshimi,

Thanks for the tip. It turns out that my working VTK version is an earlier
version. No SurfaceStreamlines

I will try to override that new class and see if it works. Do you think it
will work?. Getting new version it will take a long time sorting out issues
in my local project.
