[vtkusers] Question about vtkQuadricDecimation

Hi， 
    I have two .obj files, they are exactly the same except the precision of
vertices. But when I run vtkQuadricDecimation, the first one only needs
about one minute while the second one needs more than fifteen minutes and I
can't figure out the reason.
   I have uploaded two models. Can anyone help me? Thanks.
