[vtkusers] Multi-Volume Rendering

Hi Mark,

Could you please elaborate as to what you need? vtkMultiVolume still
requires vtkVolume and associated vtkGPUVolumeRayCastMapper. Have you tried
setting AutoAdjustSampleDistances on the mapper?
