[vtkusers] vtk 8.1.1 coming soon

Hey folks,

We are going to put out an 8.1.1 release in the next couple of weeks.

If you have substantial bugs/fixes that you really want to see in it,
please tag them with the 8.1.1 milestone in the issue tracker.

This will be a patch release so we are only looking for bug fixes not new
features over 8.1.0.
