[vtkusers] Visualizing a surface

I have a further problem related to surface extraction, 

when I use the vtkextractsurface algorithm it places large half spheres
where a couple of
particles are clustered together. 

See picture. 

How do I reduce the size of those spheres? ->SetRadius is related to the
seen/unseen voxels
