[vtkusers] Get actual position of actor from an assembly after applying transforms

I tried to get the data from the actors using the vtkMatrix4x4 after the
transform  but the matrix doesn't change after the transformation. I am not
sure if i am accessing the matrix in the incorrect way or incorrect
location. I had attached sample working code with which I had tested.
