[vtkusers] Iterative subdivision causes holes

Hello,

I think the problem might be, that the vtkAppendPolyData filter doesn't
merge the edges on the surroundings of the unselected and the subdivided
PolyDatas, which creates "two lines" of non-manifold edges.

Do you have an idea how I could merge these edges or solve this?
