[vtkusers] Histogram between two points on DICOM image

Hi,

I want to create histogram plot between 2 points in dicom image.
But I am newer of VTK so I don't know how i do this.

I don't know these things.

1. specify two points as coordinate
2. get pixel values on the line
3. create histogram

I could read dicom image.
So please help me!
