[vtkusers] Size of labels in vtkScalarBarActor

Thank you Cory.
Unfortunately I cannot retrieve anything. The only way I have of debuging is
by printing messages.

So, by printing values, what I can say is that the viewport looks like it
has no issues, and that the error comes from:
returnValue = this->ActorDelegate->RenderOverlay(viewport);

I am using VTK 8.0.1 under windows 10. visual studio 2013.
