[vtkusers] CT Gantry Tilt correction

I'm passing image data as an input to vtkDicomCtRectifier and matrix to a
method volumeMatrix and I'm calling update method...

This update method is taking time... I'm updating the entire cuboid at a
time.. so it is taking 1min.
