[vtkusers] CT Gantry Tilt correction

Please keep your replies on-list (CC to vtkusers at vtk.org).

It should build either way, but if you are on Windows, cloning is better
because git will give you the correct line-endings for the source files
(i.e. <CR><NL> on Windows instead of just <NL>).

Just to be sure, did you find the build instructions?  They're on the
following page:
