[vtkusers] ruler in dicom

Hello,

I am trying to create a ruler for an image that changes along with the zoom
event of the interactorstyle.
I tried using the vtkLegendScaleActor.What i am trying to achieve is marked
in the pictures below. Could anyone please provide some ideas on how this
can be accomplished?
