[vtkusers] vtkRenderWindow FullScreen Mode in Portrait Orientation Bug?

Dear all,

I tested the example
<http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK/Examples/Cxx/Utilities/FullScreen>   ,and it is
work well in landscape orientation.(OS is Windows 10 and Graphic card is
Nivida.)

When I switch my screen display setting to portrait orientation and try to
move the sphere, my vtkRenderWindow will be flash.(sphere will appear and
disappear  again and again.)

is this a vtk bug ?

how to fix it?
