[vtkusers] vtkSmartVolumeMapper point centered data

Hi,
I assume your dataset contains both cell and point data.  Did you build VTK
with OpenGL2?
Are you using any particular configuration in vtkSmartVolumeMapper
(GPURenderMode,
VectorMode, etc.)?

It would be nice If you could provide some sample code.
