[vtkusers] How to update coordinates of one vtkPlane if coordinates of another vtkPlane change?

Wow, this was easy... vtkCommand::ModifiedEvent does not appear in
http://www.vtk.org/doc/nightly/html/classvtkCommand.html, that's why I
came up with my question.
