[vtkusers] VTK-JS Implement vtkImageSliceMapper (show axial sagittal coronal)

The easier approach would be a creation of a filter that extract a slice of
the data array and then use vtkPlaneSource + Texture to reflect the
position of the slice in the 3D space.
