[vtkusers] QVTKOpenGlWidget black screen and tests FAILED

Thank you for your quick answer.
Yes, i tried to disable multi-samplig with the same two snippets. The result
is the same. 
I think it's more an installation problem than a code problem because unit
tests don't work.

My platform is Windows 10 and my Graphics card NVidia GeForce GTX 950.
QT version 5.8
