Dos anyone know how to make this clip a polygon with a user matrix set to translate the polygon  to some position say, 10, 100, -1000? 

I try this with the example cxx code by setting the position of the sphere and it completely falls apart.

Any thoughts on why this doesn't work?  And what it might take to fix it? 2 of us have been trying to figure this out for a week and we're stumped.
