[vtkusers] Pass points on surface model to images

Hi all

My goadl is segmenting bones from micro-CT images using landmarks. I
landmarked points on surface model. Then I want to map these points to
micro-CT images. But I don't know how to pass the points back to images.
Are there any techniques or algorithms to map the point from surface model
to images.
