[vtkusers] Create cylinder whose cross section is ellipse

I have one more question.

I wanted to render axes, and tried this example
http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK/Examples/Cxx/Visualization/DisplayCoordinateAxes.
But this axes too little for me.

I want to render axes like this picture.
