[vtkusers] PLY Reader: vtkPLYReader.cxx needs Point Cloud Loading implementation

Hello everyone,

I found several PLY files which crashed my ParaView based application. I
inspected vtkPLYReader.cxx and found that it doesn't support loading of PLY
files with points.

Example of such PLY file:

Example of software which successfully opens such PLY file: CloudCompare -

Do you maybe have in plans adding support, to vtkPLYReader.cxx, for such
PLY files?
