[vtkusers] vtkGPUVolumeRayCastMapper: Updateing ImageData after first Rendering?

A little Info: If i skip (per debugger) the lines 619-626 (of file
https://github.com/Kitware/VTK/blob/b0ff5a4ce706dd2a39acdaa8132dab3f4ca99219/Rendering/VolumeOpenGL2/vtkVolumeTexture.cxx)
and manually set this->ScalarRange[0][0] to 1 and this->ScalarRange[0][1] to
65535 (i have 16-Bit data) everything (the rendered Image) looks normal and
it takes only a few seconds (and not 1m29s) to load all my 3GB of data.
