[vtkusers] Reading Point Clouds from a .ply file

Hello Everyone,

Does anyone know how to read points clouds from .ply file in vtk? I am able
to read a triangular mesh from vtkPLYReader but not a .ply file with point
clouds and corresponding vertex colors.
